Welcome to Picoides.io Docs

Picoides.io provides API to interact with devices defined within separated instances. Devices of many different types (lights, switches, door locks, ...) are gathered in one system and handled in similar way. API unifies multiple hardware protocols into one simple point of control.

"picoides platform" for example lamp and lamp of some other "platform X" would both have similar attributes (brightness, on or off, ...) and same methods (turn_on, turn_off) to interact with single device.
